Casilda Woodward Acquaah of Valdosta and Kweku Benjamin Peter Acquaah of San Francisco announce the wedding plans of their daughter, Ekua M. Acquaah of Valdosta, and Corey Gregory of Hahira, son of Freddie and Elizabeth Gregory of Hahira.
The wedding is planned for 5 p.m. March 3 at their home in Valdosta. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Christine Woodward Harris of
Waycross; Kermit Woodward of Washington, D.C.; Elizabeth Acquaah and
the late Benjamin Peter Acquaah of Ghana, West Africa.
She is a graduate of Valdosta High School and Valdosta Technical
College with a diploma as a master braider and cosmetologist. She is
the owner of Salon Icon.
The future groom is the grandson of Elnora Franklin and the late Izell
Franklin and Melvin Gregory and the late Dollie Mae Gregory of Hahira. He is a graduate of Lowndes High School in Valdosta and is employed by
Lowe’s Distribution Center.
