Mr. and Mrs. Brett C. Goff of Kathleen, Georgia, are proud to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Lindsey Elizabeth Goff, to Gregory Curtis Gentry Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Greg Gentry of Perry, Georgia and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Long of Hot Springs, Arkansas.
Lindsey is a 2006 graduate of Perry High School and a 2010 graduate of the University of Georgia, where she graduated cum laude with a dual bachelor’s degree in mathematics and mathematics education. While at UGA, she was an active member of Gamma Sigma Sigma Service Sorority. Lindsey currently teaches math at Houston County High School in Warner Robins, Georgia, where she coaches the HOCO Diamonds Dance Team. In addition, Lindsey is the coach of the Perry High School Band Color Guard. Her maternal grandparents are Mrs. Ella P. Mobley and the late Mr. R. Howard Mobley Sr. of McAlpin, Florida. Paternal grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Malcolm A. Goff of McAlpin, Florida.
Curt is a 2004 graduate of Perry High School. He attends Macon State College, where he is studying middle school science and math education. He is currently employed at Kids America in Perry, where he coaches tumbling, cheerleading and gymnastics. His maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Stanley of Perry, Ga. Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Gentry of Perry, Ga.
The wedding is planned for June 30, 2012, at First Baptist Church of Perry.
