Clarence and Debra Adams of Jennings, Fla., are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Cierra Blake Adams, to Clint Houston Keen, son of Clinton and Kathy Keen of Mayo, Fla.
The bride elect’s maternal grandparents are the late Fred Alfred Cantrell and Iva Belle Cantrell of Greer, South Carolina. Her paternal grandparents are the late Stewart Frank Adams and Jeanette Deas Adams of Jennings, Fla.
Cierra graduated from Hamilton County High School in 2005 and Walden University with a master’s degree in curriculum instruction and assessment in 2012. She is currently employed with the Hamilton County School Board, where she has been teaching first grade for four years.
The groom elect’s maternal grandparents are Myrtie Lou Broughton and the late James Allen (Jimmy) Broughton of Mayo, Fla. His paternal grandparents are Allie Jane Keen Harper and the late Willis Clinton Keen Senior of Mayo, Fla.
Clint is currently attending North Florida Community College and is working in the family business, Keen Forest Management.
The wedding and reception are set to take place on Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012 at 5 p.m. at the Quail Branch Lodge in Lake Park, Ga. No local invitations will be sent. All friends and family are welcome to attend.
